Engraved, imprinted and custom products may not be canceled or changed after approval is given and production begins.
If your order was placed by credit card, a refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned merchandise, less shipping charges. Please allow 30-60 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, or a refund check to be processed and mailed. Open accounts will be credited upon receipt.
Production time is needed to meet event dates and relies equally on your quickness and diligence to respond and approve all necessary communications with Awards.com either via email or phone. Awards.com is not responsible in delays in production caused by slow correspondance or multiple change requests to the order.
In the case of an engraving/artwork error, if the produced item(s) match the proof approved by the purchaser, Awards.com reservers the right not to allow a return or exchange for the order in part or full. If the purchaser selects the "Wave Proof" option on an item, all Awards.com guarantees are void.
All boxes are considered packaging and thus not subject to Guarantees or Returns & Exchanges.
