We offer 3 easy ways to purchase awards and recognition items!

Online - Browse by Category or you can use our Search Box at the top of every page to find the perfect award. Place your order online and either enter/upload your engraving details at that time or email them as attachements to contactus@awards.com referencing your order number in the subjectline.

Phone - Order toll-free by calling 1-800-429-2737, Mon - Fri 8:30 - 7:30 ET to talk to our award experts.

Email - Send your requests to contactus@awards.com. Just include the award item numbers, your in-hands date and bill to/ship to address. If you are including artwork and personalization files, please add them as attachments.

Although we request all order details including payment information at the time of order, We do not bill until your order ships.

Note: All orders and cancellations will be acknowledged by us in writing via email.

Payment Methods:


Credit Card - Awards.com accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Invoice - For orders over $250, businesses may apply for terms during checkout by selecting "Pay by Terms" as the payment method. Order approval and processing is subject to credit approval. Typically we ask that you have an established purchase history with us such as a previous order using a credit card.

Purchase Order - Businesses with a PO system may apply for terms during checkout (order approval and processing is subject to credit approval) by selecting "Pay by Terms" as the payment method. All Educational and Government Entities are automatically approved for terms. Please email a copy of your PO to contactus@awards.com after you place your order.

Processing & Production Time:


Your order's time of arrival is Processing & Production Time plus Shipping Time.

  • All orders take between 1-2 days to be processed before they are shipped.
  • Products with additional production time are indicated in your cart.
  • Products needing final art approval take 1-2 days to create proof for art approval.
    Production time doesn't begin until final art approval.
    Note: If you do not response within 48 hours after the art proof is sent, your order will automatically go into production to avoid any delays.

We proudly ship using UPS Carbon Neutral. All qualifying packages (shipping and transit of orders) are carbon-neutral. UPS's carbon-neutral option empowers companies to take action to offset the climate impact of the carbon emissions that result from shipping orders.

Multishipping / Shipping to Multiple Locations:

When checking out, you can select to multiship your order. There is a small handling fee of $10 per address. To let us know all the addresses, please download and fill out this easy to use Excel Sheet: DOWNLOAD NOW. After you have filled it out please email it contactus@awards.com with your order number so we can process your shipments.

We offer the service of shipping to multiple addresses. Recipient addresses MUST be provided in the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet provided. While we will make every attempt to detect and correct invalid mailing addresses, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of addresses you provide. Undeliverable packages will incur additional reshipping fees or be discarded without refund or credit. For each address going Ground Transit there is a small $10 handling fee ($30 each for Expedited Shipping Methods) in addition to Shipping fees. Additional $5 per address for deliveries under $14 in value. Since we price our items so that you can receive the biggest savings for being delivered in bulk to a single address, this additional charges covers the labor, materials and increased shipping charges to individually package and deliver each additional shipment. Promotional shipping offers such as Free Shipping or Flat Rate shipping are only valid for orders shipping to one location and thus not valid when choosing to Multiship. For more information about shipping outside of the Contiguous US such HI, AK, PR and Internationally, please call to discuss further.

Additional Shipping Fees:

While we will make every attempt to detect and correct invalid mailing addresses, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy of addresses you provide. Undeliverable packages will incur additional reshipping fees or be discarded without refund or credit.

Please note that we retain the right to invoice you for any expenses associated with address correction, rerouting, and reshipping fees for a period of up to 90 days following the initial delivery.

3rd Party Shipping on Your Shipper Number:

If you elect to ship on your UPS or FedEx account prior to shipping, the Account Number Holder is responsible for any and all carrier issues such as Delays, Damages, Claims. We reserve the right to invoice or chargeback the Account Number on file for a period of up to 90 days following the initial delivery of any additional fees or chargebacks incurred involving the shipment of the order.

International Shipping | Non-US/Canadian Orders:

We can accept and ship orders around the world by placing your order with a Awards.com representitive by phone or email.

All orders shipped to countries other than the United States are subject to additional fees, including duties and taxes. Any fees, anticipated or unanticipated, levied after shipment are solely the responsibility of the customer.

When Shipping Internationally we reserve the right to invoice for subsequent taxes and duties up to 60 Days after shipping. Let the recipient know that they will be responsible for any duties and taxes charged by customs in order to get the shipment into the country and that they may have to provide additional information or documentation for customs in order to do that on their end. If we ship on your 3rd party account, we can ship it so duties & taxes are charged automatically to your shipping account but additional paperwork may still be needed as well. Once the shipment leaves our facility, we are relinquished from any further requirements of final delivery including but not limited to damage, abandonment, and costs of return shipments.

Tax Information:

Our sales tax policy in compliance with the regulations of various states. Government mandated sales tax will be added to all applicable orders. Any tax due will be determined based on your order information and the tax amount will be shown during the checkout process, before you submit the order.

Are you tax exempt?

Kindly provide us with your tax-exempt certificate by email it to contactus@awards.com. Once we receive and verify the certificate, we will promptly remove any applicable tax charges from your purchase and, if necessary, initiate a refund for any tax paid in error.

Order Processing Policies:

Back Orders:

Due to unexpectedly high demand or supply chain constraints, Awards.com may occasionally experience back orders for certain products. In instances where an equivalent item of similar or greater value cannot be substituted, you will be advised of the back order and expected ship date. You will not incur additional shipping charges for items from the same order that are shipped separately to the same address.

Changes & Corrections:

All changes and correction requests must be made with an authorized Awards.com representative and acknowledged by us before the change or correction is made effective. Please note:

  • Shipping Address(es): After your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee any modifications to the shipping address(es), but we will make every attempt to update.
  • Items: Prior to production, corrections will be made at no charge.
  • Quantity: Prior to production, item order quantities may be reduced at any time before production of the order.
  • Personalization/Customization: Prior to production, corrections will be made at no charge.

If corrections or charges are requested after production, such pieces will be re-produced at the discounted per-piece rate of the order. Other change requests may result in a new and separate order from your original order and is subject to all terms & conditions including but not limited to Processing Time and Back Orders.

Cancellations:

Cancelled orders are subject to all costs incurred up to the time of acknowledgement of cancellation. All cancellations must be with an authorized representative of Awards.com or in writing by email to contactus@awards.com

Exact Quantity Orders, Under/Overruns:

While most orders will be billed and shipped in exact quantities ordered, some custom imprinted items require case quantity purchases. If there is a discrepancy between the amount you originally ordered and the amount we need to produce, you will be contacted and notified of the additional quantity and charge. With respect to our imprinting processes on promotional products, we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% over or under the quantity ordered.

SAMPLES

Sample orders may be requested via phone, chat or email. A random samples will be billed at item cost plus shipping and must be returned within 30 days. To receive a credit less freight on future orders, items must be in like new resalable condition with original packaging.

Custom Orders & Unique Decoration Methods:

Items that are customized outside of our standard advertised options are subject to additional charges and fees.

Rush Orders & Fees:

Due to the unique manufacturing process along with on-demand personalization and customization options, many of products require processing and production time as indicated on the product pages. Some of these processes can be expedited at the cost of “fast tracking” – putting your order ahead of others and increasing production bandwidth – and by upgrading to a faster ship method. Please note: Not all products and decoration methods can be rushed.

Orders with an event date submitted and approved for production by the customer, which allow for fewer processing, production and/or transit days than required to meet the event date are subject to additional charges. Our team will always choose the lowest cost and most effective way to meet your event date such as waiving the proof process, upgrading the ship method, and/or cutting down days of production. Rush Fees can run anywhere from 10% to 100% of the item retail value. Please see our shipping table for the various available expedited ship methods. These changes/charges will be automatically applied to your order, and you will be sent a revised sales order.
